Friday Education Session – Understanding Your Client is as important as understanding the real estate. Do you spend all your time figuring out the farm, ranch or development property and not why the client has employed you?
This course will supply the tools for you through the use of strategic client questioning, listening, and understanding. The proper use of questioning will give brokers a new understanding of his/her client and open new alternatives to marketing the listed real estate. There is no continuing education credit for this presentation.
