Colorado Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute

An Affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®

The REALTORS Land Institute was originally named the Farm & Land Institute and was organized in 1944. For over seven decades it has been dedicated to improving the professional competence of its members in land brokerage. In addition to the brokerage of land types that are unique to the Institute, individual members frequently engage in other land specialties such as agribusiness, appraisal, consulting, land auctions, and land management.

The RLI Colorado Chapter was formed in June of 1979.

WOTUS: Comments Due By Feb. 7
RLI continues to monitor the proposed Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule from the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers. The EPA will accept comments about the rule through Monday, February 7. We encourage you to let your voice be heard. More details, including a template letter for you to personalize and submit to the EPA, are posted on the national website.
