An Affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®
The REALTORS Land Institute was originally named the Farm & Land Institute, and organized in 1944. For over seven decades it has been dedicated to improving the professional competence of its members in land brokerage. In addition to the brokerage of land types that are unique to the Institute, individual members frequently engage in other land specialties such as agribusiness, appraisal, consulting, land auctions, and land management.

April 7, 2021 – Colorado Legislation:
On April 7, the Colorado Chapter Board of Directors passed a motion that the Colorado Chapter publicly support HB-21-1233, Conservation Easement Tax Credit Modifications Bill currently moving through the State Legislative process; as well as continue to support the preservation of the 1031 Exchange as a mechanism that is beneficial to our clientele and the real estate industry in alignment with the national REALTORS Land Institute’s stance on this matter.
